1) If the products you receive are damaged or defective, you can put in a request for an exchange or a return. 2) This process needs to be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
3) Returns/Exchanges are only accepted if the original invoice and packaging are provided at the time of requisition.
4) In case of user damage to the products such as washing, wearing etc., your request will be cancelled.
5) If you choose to return the product, you will get a coupon for the same amount. You can use this to buy other products. NO REFUNDS.* *We don’t give refunds. The coupons are worth the same sum of money as the returned item and can be used to buy other products from our website or stores.
